MORRISPLAINS, N.J. – The Weichert Family of Companies
successfully completed its 30th annual toy drive, collecting more
than 26,500 toys for underprivileged children this past holiday season. The
new, unwrapped toys were collected by Weichert, Realtors sales offices,
corporate staff members and franchise affiliates. In addition to the toys
collected, Weichert also gathered over 10,000 articles of clothing, food, and
assorted personal items as well as more than $8,000 of monetary contributions,
which were passed along to various charities.
Charities that benefited from this
year’s efforts included the United
Way, the NationalCenter for Children and Family, the
Division of Youth and Family Services, Tomorrow’s Children, City Team
Ministries, Salvation Army, and Childhelp USA.

seeing economic hardships, there was an overwhelming expression of the holiday
spirit from our sales associates, employees, and from each of the communities
