Large undeveloped forest land in southern Vermont is located in Marlboro, which is between the towns of Brattleboro and Wilmington. This forested parcel is made up of a maturing stock of Maples, Hemlock, White Pine, Beech, and Yellow Birch, with a large flat area that could be used for a building site.
